Here's a nice set of the original Red Dot Design Award 1991 watch along with the identical women's model (ideal for your better half, or even your kid son or daughter who want to wear daddy's watch.)

HD images are in this folder here: https://imgur.com/a/JtDgK Additional photos available upon request.

Starting with the men's model, the, SBBW001 (5M23 Kinetic engine) Starfish, production date is July 1993.
Dimensions are: width 39mm, width incl crown 43mm, lug2lug 45mm, height 12mm, between lugs 19mm
Watch wears surprisingly large due to shape and height. Note that case width almost includes the crown due to the shape so the watch wears like 41-42mm not like the stated 39mm.

Condition is as follows:
Case: very good condition, few small scoffs and hairlines, beautiful golden Tsunami logo engraved in the caseback.
Bezel: very good condition, turns securely and crisply, 120 clicks
Dial and hands: very good condition, lume lights up but fades away quickly.
Crystal: very good condition, 1-2 minor hairlines visible only under direct sunlight or flash photography
Movement: 5M23 works well, keeps excellent time, new lithium ion capacitor fitted to upgrade power reserve to an estimated 4-5 months. Will ship out on full charge.
Bracelet: very good condition, ratcheting works as it should. Bracelet maxes out up to ~17cm, I've opened up the extension 1.5 cm to fit my 18.5cm wrist, can accommodate up to ~21cm wrists maxed out. No additional bracelet links unfortunately. I will however throw in a very funky Seiko OEM DB72BP rubber band that fits the aesthetics well (photos in the folder above)
No box/papers.

Moving on to the women's (or children's) model, Lady Starfish 3M22-0A20 (3M22 Kinetic engine), production date is April 1994. I'm unaware of Seiko's designation code, the Seiko catalogs I found didn't include women's models.
Dimensions are: width 35mm, width incl crown 38mm, lug2lug 40mm, height 11mm, between lugs 17mm
Again the watch wears larger than the dimensions imply due to the same caveat with the crown.

Condition is as follows:
Case: very good condition, few small scoffs and hairlines, beautiful golden Tsunami logo engraved in the caseback
Bezel: very good condition, turns securely and crisply, 120 clicks
Dial and hands: very good condition, lume lights up and holds out too.
Crystal: very good condition, 1-2 minor hairlines visible only under direct sunlight or flash photography
Movement: 3M22 works well, keeps excellent time, new lithium ion capacitor fitted to upgrade power reserve to an estimated 1-2 months. Will ship out on full charge.
Bracelet: good condition, ratcheting works as it should, the gold plating is in worse shape than the men's model though. Bracelet maxes out up to ~17cm, again the diving extension may be employed but it will fit a regular women's wrist as is. No additional bracelet links. You could try and take away a couple of the larger links from this one to fit into the men's watch but I didn't try to.
No box/papers.

Overall, a very nice and unique pair, in very good cosmetic and working condition. The men's model has a short bracelet so I'm throwing in the Seiko OEM rubber strap DB72BP for free to compensate. Price is 350$ Paypal'd and shipped registered priority airmail to your Paypal address. Watches are in Europe, Greece, shipping internationally but may have to upgrade to a more secure shipment depending on your location (Italy, Portugal, Middle East/Far East, South America), meaning slightly more $$ for shipping. I'd like to sell those two as a pair but in case the ad takes awhile to come down you may shoot an offer for just one of them. Plenty of feedback in the forum as seller/buyer.

Thanks for reading and thanks WUS for hosting the ad.
